Cookbooks allow for more machine uptime and less time spent programming and testing.

With recipes from cookbooks, CNC programming becomes easy, rapid and accurate. They consist of machining know-how in set parameters and they streamline your machining process considerably. A cookbook is in short a collection of recipes provided by world-class tool suppliers.

When you have imported a 3D model into Prism, just select a recommended tool and choose one of the suggested recipes from your cookbooks to benefit from the know-how of our partners.

The app will fill out cutting data and cutting method for you, and you always have the option to filter the recipes based on the following three categories:

When you need that perfect surface, this is the kind of recipe for you. Surface quality recipes will ensure that you get that perfect surface every time.

Cookbooks

Our recipes are currently available for 3 axis milling machines for prismatic parts and come in three different categories: productivity, tool life and surface quality. They can all be used regardless of tool brand. You will be able to subscribe monthly or yearly to one or several of the cookbooks.
